Important: On 16 December 2025, the Prosecutor General's Office
of the Russian Federation included Stichting Justice Initiative in the list of
organizations recognized as "undesirable" in the territory of the Russian
Federation. We do not agree with this decision and are outraged by its adoption.
Once again, it demonstrates the attitude of the Russian authorities toward human
rights values.
However, we consider it important to remind Russian citizens residing in the
country that interacting with materials produced by an organization designated as
"undesirable" may involve risks. In particular, distributing information,
publishing links, reposting, making public references, or providing other forms
of support may entail legal consequences.
We recommend that you independently assess the possible risks and, if necessary,
refrain from publicly engaging with content related to our organization.
